Please pass this Prayer Request to as many Christians and Churches as possible***(Terrorist plotting against the U.S,Taliban,Bath Party officials, those caught in the battlefield fighting against U.S troops and enemies of the U.S).When these enemies are caught by the U.S,Pray GOD makes all these enemies tell the truth about everything they know, holding nothing back when talking to U.S interigators.Pray all these enemies of the U.S are forced to tell the truth about everything they know when asked by U.S interigators, just like Demons were forced to to the truth when they were asked questions by JESUS and the apostles in the old testament.....Many in the Liberal media pretend to be objective and unbiased, but they are not objective and they are biased.Pray GOD makes all bias liberals in the media tell the truth to their American audience always.Pray they will not have any control of themselves and won't be able to deceive the American people anymore. No more covering up,and no more hiding the truth...Liberals in the government deceive people and use the liberal media to cover for them.Pray liberals in our government will not be able to lie to,or deceive the American people anymore.Pray GOD makes all liberals in our government tell the truth to the American people,no more covering up,and no more hiding the truth.Pray they will have no control over themselves and will not be able to lie, or deceive the American people no more.Pray GOD makes them tell the truth the way He makes demons tell the truth In JESUS Name.***Please pass this Prayer Request to as many Chuches and Christians as possible.***

Service wasn't so good. Small. Name is mispronounced. Accent grave doesn't make the word creeme. Food is way too salty. Mussels dish had several closed shelled mussels. $9.00 hot dog and fries was the best dish there. Georgia Brown's is better.

I went to Creme a couple of weeks ago with my family for my mom's birthday. My co workers who had been gave it a sparking recommendation, and I am pleased to say that it lived up to the hype. I had the spare ribs, which we deliscious!! Sooo tender and flavorful. The meat just fell off the bone. My sister had the shrimp and grits, and while I am not a huge fan of grits, I must say, I could probably eat a whole bowl of those. My mom had the salmon and also loved it. The desserts were awesome and huge. My sister and I shared the chocolate cake and it was plenty for both of us. My dad, a cocunut cake connoisseur, loved this option on Creme's menu. The only negative was the pushy service. We had a 7pm reservation and were constantly reminded that we had to be done by 9 pm in order for them to turn the restaurant into a club for that night. It made us feel rushed and frankly unimportant, and that took away from what could have been a perfect meal. Deinitely work on the customer service! Other than that the food was great, drinks were good and the comfortable, laid back atmosphere made it a definite favorite in DC.

Has the day were the concept of spending good money means receiving good service gone out the window? Well that’s exactly what happened at two of what I used to consider my favorite restaurants in DC. I am specially speaking of Crème on U Street. When Crème opened about 2 years ago, my friends and I headed there in droves. It was a staple in our Sunday noon schedules. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable and the never ending mimosas did just that, never ended. Our group became such a staple in Crème that David, former owner nicknamed our group Hollywood for our sickening couture fashions and endless pairs of designer sunglasses. There wouldn’t be one Sunday where we would arrive and wait more that 15 minutes to be seated. Our Sunday brunch ran like clock work. We’d all trickle in between 1:30 and 2:00 PM, be seated then greeted by David and/or his wife Sozit, then commence to a fabulous afternoon of good laughter, phenomenal food, never ending drinks and an atmosphere that can only be described as intoxicatingly addictive. So when resident DC fashionisto, Quincy Jones, sent us all a text message saying he wanted to have brunch on Friday for the Fourth of July, we all thought…hmm that would be cute. We all arrived on the 4th and brunch service went on uneventful but for some reason I was kind of under-whelmed, however, I couldn’t quite put my finger on the reason why. That is until we showed up for brunch AGAIN 2 days later on Sunday. I walked into a atmosphere of complete chaos. Now, we had all planned to meet for brunch at 1:00 PM and of course I was late, again. I arrived about 1:45 expecting to find my group already feasting and drinking. I scanned all of the tables but to my dismay they weren’t at any of them. O.K., is the joke on me or did I miss a message telling me that we were changing the venue? Then I heard my name being called from the bar. Howard! I glanced over to see my group huddle in the corner next to the bar. “WHAT THE HELL!!! Why haven’t we’ve been seated yet?” I asked. Mind you, at this time, it was already 45 minutes after our 1:00 brunch time. I headed over to the bartender and had him open me a tab for the famous never-ending mimosas. I told him to just transfer the tab over to the table once we were seated. “I can’t to that” he said. “Pardon me, why not?” I inquired. “The management doesn’t want us to do that anymore.” O.K… Whatever, go ahead and start my tab, I’ll pay before we’re seated.” I grabed my mimosa and headed back over to my friends, we continued to sip on our half glasses of mimosas and talk. After making two trips over to the bar area were the mimosas were being made, I asked the server to just fill my glass up. I was told that she couldn’t. “Excuse me, why not?” I asked again. “The management doesn’t want us to fill the glasses up.” You’re kidding me right, why the hell difference does it make, I’m paying for a NEVER ENDING MIMOSA and more than likely I am going to drink the same amount whether I come to you once or 3 times every half hour, I thought. "Where is this management?" I demanded. This women approached me and I asked her to explain why my glass can’t be filled. She said something about portion control. I was flabbergasted. Are you serious??? I’ve been coming here for the pass 2 years and normally I get two glasses one was always ready and kept full and the other is the one I dranked from. “What is the new portion control and why is my portion control any concern of yours?” She said, “Sir, you can come and get as many refills as you want but we cannot fill our customers glasses up anymore. I’ve heard enough; before this mimosa czar made me say something I didn’t want to I went to rejoin my friends. It was about 2:15 PM and we still had not been seated. However, the host kept coming by every few minutes to let us know that we would be seated shortly, as if that offered any kind of consolation. We were finally seated about 2:30ish and instead of making us as comfortable as possible Crème squeezed our entire group into a four table seating arrangement. We needed at least 2-3 additional tables. When I asked for the server to add additional tables again I was told that management wouldn’t allow it. This was officially getting on my dam nerves. We had additional guests arriving to brunch totaling about 12 people. We had MAYBE a 8-10 person table. The group, being who we are, made it work. This was until we notice that the drinks had all of a sudden stopped coming to our table. We noticed this after we requested our server to refill our glasses several times but to no avail. Now, any of you who know me, know that I will put up with a lot, what I won’t do, is put up with poor service. I approached the mimosa czar and ask what the problem was and why are we not being served the drinks that we’re already paying for, at our table. She had the audacity to tell me that she told our server to slow down our alcohol intake until our food came to the table and we started to eat. You could have brought me for a dime. The look on my face must have said it all. The next thing I knew Quincy and my eyes met and he gave me this look like DON’T. I was completely speechless. After a few moments of silence all I could muster up was a “HOW DARE YOU, WHO IN THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE.” She cited some ABC rule which led me to believe that she should we were getting drunk. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. You would have thought we were throwing down long island ice teas and shots of Patron. Again, I calmly gathered my thoughts and went to be seated. A little while later the mimosa czar approached our table and with such rude undertones told us that we couldn’t just sit there and drink and that we had to order food. Again, we were all appalled. Had she spoken with our waiter she would have found out that we all did order, however, do to the chaotic management of this kitchen NONE of our food made it out of the kitchen yet. Not one to be disrespected the table went up in fire. We got her little ignorant a** in line. The rest over the brunch service seemed to get someone better after she finally realized who the hell we were. We finished eating, paid the bill and dashed over to Sequoia on Georgetown’s Waterfront.

Just wanted to shout out CREME for brunch but only if French toast isn't what you want. I was there this past Sunday with two others. They got an omelet and chicken and waffles, I got the French toast, and we all got the bottomless mimosas. I will say the service was great and all food was wonderful except the French toast with Bananas foster. The toast was only light basted with egg so that it was completely dry and bready in the middle. Bananas foster was sliced uncooked bananas with a tooth sticky caramel sauce over top which, combined with the dry French toast, was a chore to chew. I admit that I didn't complain at the time. I attribute this to the happiness that bottomless mimosas create and also to my friends sharing their admittedly delicious food with me. It just struck me as off that they couldn't get right the same dish that can be found made to perfection in any dinner in this Great Garden State.

By far the worst restaurant I have ever been to! Granted I have high standards, but this experience was just atrocious. First they called and asked that we make sure our entire party is on time for a 7:30 reservation - and then we arrive the place is half empty, besides what type of friendly service is that? Then it took at least 20 minutes to get our first order of drinks. The caesar salad had no dressing on it. Then I was asked if I could keep my silverware for the next course, seriously?? The main course, crab cakes, were so terrible (bad crab) that I throw up in the bathroom after 3 bites. And our bill was equivalent to $70 a person. I had a better meal at Cosi earlier that week for lunch and it was $10.

Thank you for a wonderful Easter brunch! The food was fantastic and the service even better. Karim was a wonderful waiter and was so kind to our 2 year old boy Christian. We will be back many times! Thanks and congratulations on a booming success.
